This page will be wonderful. Expect wholly honest descriptions of staff, interior and exterior designs and the quality of their products. Instead of just typing of the top of my head now about some past experience, I’m gonna wait till I go somewhere thats worth writing up. I hope to include cafes from both Ireland and abroad. Off to Copenhagen soon, so I’d imagine thats where the first posts will appear.

I´m not sure if our café is worth writing about but I would love to read what you think about Viva Espresso (El Salvador) and how we are doing.
Thank you for visiting, spending time with us, and sharing your knowledge on coffee!

Comment by SlowRain December 8, 2008 @ 12:44 pmHi Mr. Morrissey,
Greeting and forgive me intrusion. If time permits, do you think that we could read the essay(s) about your tour in Taiwan last month? Any reply is appreciated.
Sincerely,
