Bewleys aren't pushing drip filter, still aren't broke, and, with a cautious eye and the intro of no smoking laws, the number of cafes that can do 1/2 decent milk or esp are getting close to the number of pubs that serve a decent pint ! ... although we all know that the later will never beat the former ... You are the epitome of change that Ireland has seen in the last few years.
